Park & Sayer, the latest phase of Elephant Park, the ongoing regeneration project in Elephant and Castle, central London, has been launched by the developer Lendlease.  Two distinctive buildings form Park & Sayer: a slim and elegant 24-storey tall tower, and a mansion-type block named Boulevard Mansions which will rise to eight storeys. 229 one and two bedroom modern new homes are being created next to the Park affording the most central location possible within the development. The architect practice in charge of the project is Arney Fender Katsalidis, and the designer is Johnson Naylor. Park & Sayer features impressive lifestyle facilities including a residents’ gym, lounge and workspace, a business suite with complementary fast Wi-Fi, an elevated garden and exercise space, residents’ 24th-floor sky lounge with dining room and 360-degree roof terraces, 24-hour concierge and cycle storage. Park & Sayer’s properties are set next to the open green spaces of Elephant Park, which is part of ambitious green planning for Elephant & Castle providing 4.5 hectares of public space within the development.  Recently, planning consent has been granted for a new pavilion and public realm for the park, which will accommodate public facilities including food and beverage kiosks, a new community space and a viewing terrace. The Pavilion will be completed in 2021.

The Living Room is a recent spatial street design and installation in Elephant Park, which helps create a two-sided environment on the amenities-rich Sayer Street. The street borders the Park & Sayer neighbourhood and connects the new park with the already completed West and South Grove sections of Elephant Park.
