Who are we?

Chase Evans Residential Property Management is a London-based division of Chase Evans Estate Agents operating since 1998. 
In the early 90s, London experienced a rapid increase in privately rented households. The private rental market expansion was linked to the growth of privately built new homes, buy-to-let purchases and the increase of overseas property ownership. Consequently, property management services tailored to suit investors and landlords living abroad became a necessity and dedicated management professionals were in high demand. Reacting to the new market needs, the Chase Evans team expanded its lettings portfolio of fully managed properties in the care of a newly formed and fast-growing London-based management division.

 

What do we do?

Chase Evans Property Management provides a range of services often customised to fit individual landlord’s needs.

The core services include rent and deposit collection, tenant liaison management, property marketing and advertising, property maintenance and repair, property inspection, utility management, valuation, insurance and dilapidations. 

Property management service begins with rental valuation followed by the completion of all landlord and property details needed to comply with advertising and government industry regulations. 

Chase Evans assists with obtaining/arranging for a valid Energy Performance Certificate, up-to-date Council Tax information, a factual property advertising description as well as other rental benefits that are part of the package.
