Chase Evans Hong Kong team will take part in the Berkeley on the Square property seminar in Hong Kong on the 16^th and 19^th of October ’23.

Berkeley on the Square is a property event organised by the Berkely Group Hong Kong offering an opportunity to hear London real estate experts and to discuss various topics that may be of interest to Hong Kong investors and landlords.

Chase Evans' real estate experts have been invited to share their expertise and information about the current London rental market.

On the 16^th of October, Justin To will have the latest on students housing and the impact international students are making on London’s rental market.

On the 19^th of October, Colin Bremner will share insights regarding the role and value of a London-based lettings and management agency.
