White City Living, London W12 is a mixed-used development by St James, part of the Berkeley Group set in a fast regenerating district within the White City Opportunity Area. This smart new neighbourhood is located north of Shepherd’s Bush, just behind Wood Lane Station and across the road from the iconic Television Centre development. A short walk away, through the railway arches and along the new pedestrian podium, is Westfield Shopping Centre. 

 

Launched in 2017, White City Living will deliver more than 1,500 homes set among 5 hectares of open green spaces and landscaped gardens, commercial, office, community and leisure amenities. The phase 1 which is nearing completion is expected to hand over approx. 400 new homes. The development will take ten years to fully complete. Belvedere Row is the first set of white concrete buildings at this site with two residential blocks raising up to 19 and 21 floors, respectfully. The open plan interiors are delightfully spacious and combine kitchen/ living/ and dining room space extending onto a private balcony or terrace. There are suites, 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments. Some apartments have roof terraces. The main living area is accessed via an entry lobby fitted with smart storage and utility space.
