Beaufort Park NW9 - Area

Set between Grahame Park Road and Aerodrome Road in Colindale - one of ‘three strategic opportunity areas for high quality sustainable growth within the borough of Barnet.’ Adjacent to Beaufort Park is Colindale Gardens, another large, well advanced, mixed-use development. With new homes (approx. 10,000 in total) the suburb is also improving its transport, healthcare, education, community facilities and open green spaces.

Colindale is home to the Royal Air Force Museum, Public Health England’s Centre for Infections, Barnet College and Hendon Police College.

The nearest local parks and waterways are Colindale Park  (across the road from the Underground station)  and The Silk Stream park (great potential formed next to a brook which runs through Colindale and ends at the Brent Reservoir. The neighbouring Mill Hill district has plenty of parks and leisure facilities and is home to a large selection of shops, markets and some top London schools. Beaufort Park NW9 - Transport

The nearby Colindale Underground station (0.7 miles) is on the Edgware branch of the Northern line with trains to King’s Cross, Bank, London Bridge, Embankment and soon reaching Nine Elms and Battersea. The station sits in Travel zone 4.

Buses 125, 186, 204, 303 run to run to Mill Hill, Finchley Central, Edgware and Wembley Central and stops are located along Aerodrome Road and at Colindale Underground station.

Hendon Railway and Mill Hill Broadway stations run Thameslink services though to St Pancras International and King’s Cross.
Beaufort Park is well located for easy access to M1 and M25 providing fast car journeys to the Greater London suburbs.
