10 Park Drive forms part of Wood Wharf, a large mix-use waterside development launched in 2015 by Canary Wharf Group. Wood Wharf is set east of Canary Wharf’s commercial centre and is the first residential E14 neighbourhood by the Group which will cover over 80ha and deliver over 3200 apartments.
