My primary contact at Chase Evans was Reiss. He first of all secured a relatively good price given the then applicable market conditions. What followed was several months of a very difficult conveyancing process that was delayed time and again for various reasons. However, I cannot praise Reiss highly enough for his efforts in getting the transaction completed. Without his efforts I very much doubt it would have completed . For example, it was he who solved issues and deadlock regarding questions asked of building management, missing insurance certificates various other similar matters. He pushed everyone on the transaction, both on the buyer and seller side. I insisted to my solicitor that, given Reiss's ability to get things done, anything outstanding should where possible be delegated to Reiss. My solicitor was very complementary, he described Reiss as a "bloodhound" in terms of chasing things down. I would highly recommend him.
