I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Harvey who provided all the support for getting my renewal done on time. Although it might look like look like a simple task this one required tons of patience, perseverance and a can-do attitude which Harvey has in abundance. Following up with the landlord located in different continent on a daily basis for around a month, that too without frustration and with the sole aim of helping the customer is noteworthy. Harvey is an example of customer service 'par excellence' and is definitely one of the brightest ambassadors for Chase Evans. I wish him all the luck for his future and am sure he would definitely be hugely successful in his career.

Holly really made our check-out a very smooth process, something that I have not always experienced. We were concerned about certain queries on our inventory report, which Holly discussed with us and the landlord and enabled an agreement to be reached on our deposit very quickly. She went out of her way to call us and put our minds at ease - thanks Holly!
